Yes, this went into effect on Sept. 30th, but it's had a couple
hiccups that I've been trying to fix before making a wider
announcement about it.

It seems to be.  I checked some of the builds and they are building
against the ocaml packages from Rawhide (which is the right way to do it).

Against the ELN buildroot, but with the ~170 rawhide OCaml builds in it.

to Rawhide in a single update.  However it appears to be building them
all at once which ain't going to work.
