I've reached out to them to see how they're doing. They maintain a few
neuro-sig packages that don't require a lot of work/updates, so it's
possible that they just haven't needed to do anything for them in the
last cycle but are still active.

Per the "Inactive packagers policy" [1], I've run the script and detected 164 
inactive packagers. At the end of the email you can find the full list.
