Well, if you are just going to ignore all abrt reports, perhaps it's better that users never file them and expect something? However, I think what you (and some other folks) have noted is that with the bugzilla upgrade libreport (The thing that abrt uses to report bugs to bugzilla) sends emails on every attachment, where it used to just send one email and supress the rest. I have filed: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1660157 on this issue. So, I would prefer you wait and see if they can fix things back to the way they are, but blacklisting is up to you. kevin signature.asc Description: OpenPGP digital signature ___ devel mailing list -- devel@lists.fedoraproject.org To unsubscribe send an email to devel-le...@lists.fedoraproject.org Fedora Code of Conduct: https://getfedora.org/code-of-conduct.html List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org

Yeah, abrt always did/does this... each attachment is a seperate comment/email. Most other things do not and it's only the initial comment. So, if this was abrt email related, you could file an issue or PR at https://github.com/abrt/abrt/ and add the affected package(s) to the abrt blacklist... kevin signature.asc Description: OpenPGP digital signature ___ devel mailing list -- devel@lists.fedoraproject.org To unsubscribe send an email to devel-le...@lists.fedoraproject.org Fedora Code of Conduct: https://getfedora.org/code-of-conduct.html List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org

AFAIK it has always been like this, each attachment generates one email, even if the bug is created via API by something like abrt. Re: Why is bugzilla spamming me?
Did you report a bug? Well, the new bugzilla is obviously still in Beta. I experience another bug with an odd timeout issue to autofill the dropdown boxes, after another reload it magically works. ___ devel mailing list -- devel@lists.fedoraproject.org To unsubscribe send an email to devel-le...@lists.fedoraproject.org Fedora Code of Conduct: https://getfedora.org/code-of-conduct.html List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org
