 Hello,

This one is probably obsoleted by gnome-software's search feature. Maybe you
could
obsolete it instead of retiring/orphaning this one?

Cheers

Retiring my gnome-shell search providers

2014-01-21 Thread Ralph Bean
Hello,

A while ago, I wrote a trio of gnome-shell search providers:

https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/gnome-shell-search-fedora-packages
https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/gnome-shell-search-github-repositories
https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/gnome-shell-search-pinboard

They once worked, and beautifully. I had big plans.

Now, though, I can't muster the time to modernize and maintain them.
None of them work against our current version of gnome-shell. All
three have bugs filed against them.

Is anyone interested in taking over any of them (both as Fedora
package maintainer and as upstream?) If not, I plan to retire them in
the next few weeks.
