5.16 is the correct version, see

5.16 will probably be released  late January next year.

I tried kernel-debug that didn't fix it, I will try debuginfo-install kernel

These days, many debugging tools can automatically fetch debuginfo from
fedora servers (https://debuginfod.fedoraproject.org/).  Do you know
which abrt processing tool was complaining to you - like based on which
dead program's backtrace?

If that can't work for this tool just now, you can probably do this:
# debuginfo-install kernel

Upstream kernel git is gearing up to release 5.16-rc4, so it'd be
premature to bump to a version that doesn't exist yet.
