xdg-utils is dragged in by djvulibre, I think.

WEP seems to be working for me.  Are you having an issue connecting to
a new AP or with one that already has a key associated with it?

I have had a similar thing happen to me with other versions.  I found
that if I selected a different network (usually one of the meshes) and
came back to the first network it would accepted the key.

I just tried build 690 and had the same problem. I tried selecting another 
network and switching back, no luck.

so I'm back to 689 for now.
