ds21. It is likely something to do with the way cygwin handles memory locks. You can 
avoid the error message by simply adding "gds = ^ds21" to your default MCA

I'm not sure what the consequence is of this failure, though, since the job

[OMPI devel] Reachable framework integration

Hey folks

I can't find where the opal/reachable framework is being used in OMPI. I would 
like to utilize it in the PRRTE oob/tcp component, but need some guidance on 
how to do so, or pointers to an example.
