Hi, the final merge from 5.13 to 5.13.2 is now done.
Changes you would like to have in 5.13.2 now must target that branch.
On a related note, now that we have the move functionality in Gerrit, I have
been discussing with a few people and we see very little benefit in the down-
merge step. It's extra work, it can go wrong and the benefit is not that great
in my opinion. If something is important for one release, we hope that
contributors pay attention to this list.
And in case the deadline is missed, we can always cherry-pick.
