VOTE result: 7 +1, no 0, no -1, the VOTE is passed. Now we need Lead Developers/Owner for each extension on contrib. Being an Owner means: - taking care of the extension in general, reviewing commits as much as possible (even though everyone should help), maintain the jira, etc - be the one to perform releases in general See below.
