Right - so you could have two options, either use the Chiefdom to
differentiate though they all just use the same name. However, you may
require some special analytics for this.

The other way would be to add the name of each chiefdom at the end of the
identical school names to make them not identical.

There's already a very similar issue reported in Jira, that has to do with
an already reported server side bug:

Please, if you have the opportunity, look at them, and in case your issue
differs, could you create a new one? The reported issue is related to 2.28
servers, so it may be a new bug.
