Thanks to Lars and Jason, found out that the problem was due to my nginx set-up. Am now getting into the database and noticed some things that I can't figure ut: 1. I can't seem to generate a user with either 'superuser' or 'system administrator' role when logged in as 'admin'. I also can't see the user 'admin' in the list of users. I can see that 3 users are assigned the role of system administrator and one to superuser, but none of the listed users have those roles. Am I missing something obvious? 2. There are a number of charts / maps / pivot tables that can't be deleted by the user 'admin'. I presume this is related to the user role issue in question 1, or is it? 3. Creating a chart (or map / pivot table) as the user 'admin' seems to generate a system-wide chart by default i.e. all other users see that chart. If logged in as 'lower' user role the default is to save the favourite for just that user. Why isn't the default behaviour the same for different users? 4. Running the data integrity check throws up a number of errors in 'Data elements without groups', Data elements in data set but not in forms or sections etc. Can these be ignored? Personally, I have had a lot of issues changing the category options, and would not recommend this approach to dealing with the partners entering data. If a partner based hierarchy is used, they can at least generate reports and use the data visualizer (and potentially even the GIS if you have facility coordinates). This obviously creates problems if you need to integrate the data with a geographically based hierarchy, but with 2.11, you can import just the data values. If the facility level UIDs are maintained in sync, then having two instances (one with a geographically based hierarchy and one with a partner based hierarchy) should be feasible. As long as the UIDs are in sync, then data exchange between the two systems should be possible, as long as the UIDs of the facilities are kept in check. Of course problems may occur if two partner s are reporting on the same activities in the same facilities. The ME people tell me this should never happen however, i.e. NGO 1 and NGO 2 both performing PMTCT services in the same facility. There are certainly possible complications with this approach, but having to create and maintain what Lars suggest also sounds like a very bitter pill to have to swallow. I personally think some sort of post-data entry data transformation would be a better idea, if compatibility with the government system (geographically based) is an issue. Otherwise, the partner based hierarchy potentially solves a lot of problems. My two cents anyway. One last question - what authority allows a user to create a public user group - I can't find one that confers this ability? Sorry if I have missed the obvious. Seems you have found a glitch - will get back on this shortly. One suggestion for you and the team - would it be possible to add a link to the 'User group' screen (see section 6.1.4 in the user manual) in the user module? Currently it seems like the only way to access this screen is via the Dashboard? Perhaps there are good reasons for not including this link, but it seems more logical to me. Yes - we decided to move user groups to dashboard since user groups are an essential part of the new sharing feature. We want all users to be able to create groups and share reports within those groups to foster collaboration. Reason for not linking from user module is that currently we allow links from the dashboard module to other modules only - this to maintain a degree of modularity where it should be possible to leave out/plug in modules without worrying about breaking interlinks.. Wrap the HTML contents that you want to appear as a section in a div and add a class formSection to it, something like: div class=formSection // Stuff that makes up a section here /div You should now be able to use the section drop-down that appears for section forms in data entry. Is there a simple way to add sections or pagination to a custom form? The
goal is to avoid scroll when dealing with long forms.

Sorry seems I was a bit quick. You need to add another div with class cent
and an h3 as well. So like this:
div class=formSection
div class=centh3Name of section goes here/h3/div
// section html here
/div

Hi Paulo,
there is way for developers. Don't try this at home.
In custom form editor, view the source. Wrap the HTML contents that you want
to appear as a section in a div and add a class formSection to it,
something like:
div class=formSection
// Stuff that makes up a section here
/div
You should now be able to use the section drop-down that appears for section
forms in data entry.
