Hi Lars,



Thank you for this great work, I am using now 2.20 (build 19960) in test 
server. Upgrading this into 2.21, I am facing with blank screen (no login 
action). Downgrading into 2.20, the tracked entity instance in Individual 
records could not be accessed -  likewise in Tracker Capture, all tracked 
entity already registered could not be accessed in dashboard Tracker.



Please, could you help on this ?

Log in with admin/district on the   demo system.



File cloud storage: You can now upload and store large files directly from data 
entry forms. Data elements can have a file value type and render as file upload 
widgets in forms. Files can be stored either on the Web server or sent directly 
to   AWS S3 cloud storage, which in practice 
provides unlimited storage capacity. This capability allows you to use DHIS 2 
as a general document repository which can be utilized for project management, 
documentation, CMS and many other purposes.



File storage currently works for aggregate data entry forms - tracker coming 
up. Have a look at the “Project management” data set in data entry on the demo:

DHIS version 2.21 is out with a lot of great new features and improvements.



Log in with admin/district on the   demo system.



File cloud storage: You can now upload and store large files directly from data 
entry forms. Data elements can have a file value type and render as file upload 
widgets in forms. Files can be stored either on the Web server or sent directly 
to   AWS S3 cloud storage, which in practice 
provides unlimited storage capacity. This capability allows you to use DHIS 2 
as a general document repository which can be utilized for project management, 
documentation, CMS and many other purposes.



File storage currently works for aggregate data entry forms - tracker coming 
up. Have a look at the “Project management” data set in data entry on the demo:

Settings app: The settings front-end has been re-written as a true app. It 
features real-time saving, search for settings and a fresh new look.

Data import constraints: Several optional constraints for data import can be 
enabled to provide stricter control of the data being imported. These include 
require period to be of same type as data set, data element to be assigned to 
data set through org units, and more. The import constraints can be enabled in 
settings app under “data import”.

range of functions and variables. Functions allows for conditional statements, 
calculation of number of days between dates and more. Variables allows you to

I solved the problem with the non-existent programs: I deleted the
cookies related to "localhost". They were described as "local
storage". So, it's something that DHIS should do by itself, someway.

Hi

There is nothing too useful in that log. Please make sure that you also
restartet your server (it can be required sometimes), and make sure to
properly clean out you webapps directory.

Also, please do java -version and verify that you have java 8 as the active
jre

the drop down menu. I guess it's a useful info to solve the problem in
the real-life DHIS. Anyway, the problem with the option sets is still
there: no options in the drop down menus.

[Dhis2-users] Dashboard android application is released for 2.21.

Hi all,

today we are releasing a new Android client for DHIS 2 dashboard. The app
lets you access all of your dashboards and interpretations on your mobile
device even while being offline.

The app requires DHIS 2 server version 2.21.


MAIN FEATURES

Viewing dashboards: The app enables you to view charts, maps and tables
from your dashboards in a convenient and simple way.

Creating and populating dashboards with content: The app allows to create
dashboard, and then fill it with content. This can happen in offline mode -
the dashboards will sync when connection is back.

Editing existing dashboards and content: User with corresponding rights
will be able to edit dashboards right on the mobile device.
