Felimone, are you sure it is not data element scheme, because if you are logging in as a super user, you should not have permission issues. Does your input file have UIDs? Re: [Dhis2-users] Data Import error - Data element not found or not accessible
Seems the format has changed slightly for OrgUnit import in 2.26, so perhaps that is also the case for Data Elements. Here is what David Hagan wrote: "I had the same error/issue this morning following the documented column format for organisation unit CSV import using 2.26. When I removed one of the 'blank' columns before the URL column (e.g. comments), the import worked successfully (including the GIS coordinates). This suggests that one of the documented columns is no longer expected as part of the csv import function for 2.26." [Dhis2-users] Data Import does not allow a combination of identifier types in 2.22
Version:2.22 Build revision:21927 We are testing an import of data which we have routinely done in 2.20. We are importing a csv file with the following columns: dataelement period orgunit categoryoptioncombo attributeoptioncombo value attributeoptioncombo is blank dataelement and categoryoptioncombo contain UIDs orgunit contains Code In 2.20 we were able to set the Data element ID scheme and the Org unit ID scheme to what we wanted without issue. In 2.22 we have the same options on the front end but when attempting to import a csv file with dataelement scheme set to UID and orgunit scheme set to Code, the import fails. If I take the same data file and convert the orgunits to the appropriate UID and then import, it succeeds. It appears that the option exists in 2.22 but is ignored when performing the import. Is this intentional? Perhaps it was corrected in a later build? Thanks in advance. *Laura E. Hi, There is no straightforward way to do this at the moment but an improvement in 2.17 takes care of importing complete dataset registrations via the API – details here https://blueprints.launchpad.net/dhis2/+spec/complete-registrations-exchange Alternatively, you could use an update script to populate the completedatasetregistration table based on the datavalue table – the draw back here is that you lose some data related to registerin user and dates. ……… Regards, Dapo Adejumo +2348033683677 Skype : dapojorge From: Dhis2-users [mailto:dhis2-users-bounces+dapo_adejumo=yahoo@lists.launchpad.net] On Behalf Of sumudu weerasinghe Sent: 22 October, 2014 2:45 PM To: dhis2-users@lists.launchpad.net; DHIS 2 Developers list; Roshan Hewapathirana Subject: [Dhis2-users] Data import - with completeness Dear All, I need to import my data from one instance to another instance . Re: [Dhis2-users] Data import to a Dataset linked to a combination of categories
Hi Lars, Thanks very much for considering this issue and including it in the next version. I will check it and see how it works. In relation to this bug/fix, there is one place that should also be fixed. This is when you navigate to a Dataset (configured with an attribute category combo), then try to Get PDF for Data entry. It turns out that the generated PDF is missing the option to select the attribute combination. It only includes the PERIOD ORG Units. It will be perfect if this can also be resolved in 2.16 because using PDF method for importing data is also very important and useful. On last question. Any idea when will 2.16 be released? Thank you again for your continuous support.
