Hi Kader,
yes, it is correct. in the v.2.23 the  organisation unit configuration is
not more a separate App but a Tab of the Maintenance App.

Hi Kader,

as of 2.23 organization unit management has been moved to the new
maintenance app and there is no longer a separate organization unit
management app, so this is intentional.
