(English) This list, the list "Auslandialogo", has been established to explore the idea of a new umbrella organization for the international auxiliary language community. Its main task is to discuss the rules of operation, role and scope of such an organization. More generally it will enable discussion on the possibility of dialog and cooperation between the various language movements. The list has no primary language, and all ethnic or planned languages are welcome. This isn't a personal or private page, but a discussion list. Therefore, the freedom of speech is absolute in this list, with no more limits than insult. Personalism is forbidden here, so nobody can privately remove another member by whatever allegations. The case must be decided, always, by all members. More specifically, the opinions of a member, or the founding of a new list by him/her are completely excluded as causes of removal against this member.
