I've had this error when using libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll, that dub uses. I think they are related to SSL handling, but I'm far from being an expert on this; are they necessary?



Under windows 10 I have the same issue. When I check code-d folder, I found that it download Dcd but did no extract it. So I extracted it and code the content to code-d/bin.

That solve the problem. Hope this help
