This is dmd generating a corrupt object file (not an Optlink problem).

it is major, 'cause it prevents some of my dynamic bindings from working on
windows, and overall it is perfectly valid code (working on GNU/Linux) which is
not working on windows. so i believe that it is major in terms of
cross-platform support.
