It works using std.c way:
import std.cstream;
std.c.stdio.freopen(args[4].ptr, "w+", dout.file);
std.c.stdio.freopen(args[4].ptr, "w+", derr.file);
Careful: D strings are not zero-terminated.
args[4].toStringz() is the safer choice.
