Andy:

I keep getting a 404 page not found error on the other end of this
link. I have not seen others complain of a broken link. Is the link
good? I have not had a 404 error with any other website.

Must have been Abel (EA3AQS). He was calling for a while. Were you using

I was using DM780. I should have decoded who ever it was, was a good
signal. Perhaps I needed to toggle between short or long interleave.

What software and/or hardware did you use? I've used both MMTTY and

Currently I'm using a KAM connected to the PKT jack on my FT-1000MP Mk.V
and the WinWarbler program from the DXLab Suite. I plan to upgrade to a
soundcard interface very soon. This was just the fastest way I could get
on RTTY with what I already have.

Re: [digitalradio] EA3AQS CQing MT63

2008-10-06 Thread Tony
Andy,

The standard mode setting is long-interleave so no need to change it. The
only thing I can think of is the software squelch; it may have been set too
high. You can leave it open for the weak signals or set it until the garbled
characters stop.

MT63 is fairly sensitive and it will decode signals that are just audible. Wish
we were further apart for 20 meters. I need to get something in the air for 80.
