In my PC i set the minimum output level for output (wave or master volume) and about the 30% for input. Then if you need QRO or QRP adjust the mic gain in the RIG and to adjust the Input level you can use the Digital Audio Gain on the top-left of software main panel. Also by the JT65-HF multiple decoder you have the time to monitor 2 KHz of bandwidth while you are in QSO and you can be ready to start immediately another QSO after the 73. By WSJT no time to do it. I believe JT65-HF is really simpler and you can get more chances for DXing. SRI for my poor emglish. 73 de Alex, IZ4CZL

May be you run more than 1 session Normally when i work JT65A i open concurrently JT65-HF1.051, WSJT7 and Multipsk 4.17 and the only that decode multiple signals, same minute, is JT65-HF. If you want to do the same test you can discover what is the best software. It needs a big screen and it's better to set a slow watefarfall speed for less CPU usage, especially for slow PC. 73 de Alex, IZ4CZL
[digitalradio] Download JT65-HF1051.zip software
Hi all JT65-HF is the only software for JT65A mode that can decode simultaneous signals every minute. By other JT65A you can decode only the strongest signal every minute. So by JT65-HF you don't lose the small signal when 14076 is busy and it's easier to work DX or QRP stations. JT65-HF1051.zip is free for HAM use and you can dowload it on: http://www.iz4czl.ucoz.com 73 de Alex, IZ4CZL

Dust build-up on either in inflow or outflow vents for the fan(s). It should work fine, but if your intention is to prevent your radio related software from touching the C drive you are out of luck. [digitalradio] Dell Optiplex GX1 500L+ /// EMC ?
Hello , I recently acquired an old Dell Optiplex GX1 500L+ computer to be used for PSK31, received audio spectrum observations etc. As you know it is class B IT equipment (CISPR and FCC) which means a low level of RF radiation . I would like to know how good is it in practice .Is there any special RFI problem ? If so how can it be rectified ? Also , what about the Crystal Sound device (The on board sound card ).Is it good enough for PSK31 and the other digital modes ? I will apprecite your advice .Thanks , 73 , Alex DE 4X1MH Need a Digital mode QSO?
