The idea of a digital mode QRP calling frequency would help; certainly works wonders with CW QRP. Any thoughts? Tony and other qrp-fans Calling frequencies for digiqrp related by DigiQRP group to the Olivia 500/16 format last channel specified by http://hflink.com/olivia/ More info http://www.edutee.net/digiqrp Real QSOs in 30m, 20m and higher bands show that there are no big difference between digiqrp 5w and qro 50w, bigger player is antenna. Sometimes the psk is not the best mode, better to switch to DominoEX4 with 173Hz bw and snr=-7dB. The MFSK16+image with snr=-10dB as suited for qrp, weak signals may need manual aftertuning for proper decoding. Olivia 500/16 is bulletproof but slow. Others full characterset modes more for digi historians... 73, Jaak es1hj/qrp

What modes for 6m better? I use QRP-power in rare grid (most wanted) and what is the best mode? DominoEX or Thor? Or Olivia? or... [digitalradio] s/n and acoustic coupling
In field I use PocketDigi and PDA with acoustic coupling (PDA-mic). How the acoustic coupling change the capability to decode signals below the noise floor? 73 de Jaak es1hj/qrp
