Are you trying to write in Vietnamese, or in English? the character encoding is probably not set correctly. -- Unsubscribe instructions: E-mail to discuss+h...@documentfoundation.org Archive: http://listarchives.documentfoundation.org/www/discuss/ *** All posts to this list are publicly archived for eternity ***
Re: [tdf-discuss] Default font on LibO
Carl if the font is not found it should resort to the system default font that the suite uses. His issue sounds more like a character encoding problem. -- Unsubscribe instructions: E-mail to discuss+h...@documentfoundation.org Archive: http://listarchives.documentfoundation.org/www/discuss/ *** All posts to this list are publicly archived for eternity ***

That desktop looks customized, and is not using default system fonts. Make sure you're using LibO from the LibreOffice PPA as described here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LibreOffice Cheers, -- LibreOffice questions ? Des questions sur LibreOffice ? One reason that fonts become squares is that the default font is not installed on the computer.
