Domain hab ich vorhin nicht erwähnt:

Nur als Beispiel: wenn dieser Teilnehmer sagt: “Der Domain gehört mir nicht 
(alleine)”, ist es nach deutsche Rechtsprechung automatisch eine GbR, deren 
Anteile nicht offen gelegt sind. Wer gibt und nimmt commit rights … 

Ich will das Projekt nicht kaputt reden, aber viele Dinge liegen halt noch vor 
ihnen.
ffmpeg/cacert/funkfeuer … alle kollektiven Aktivitäten die abseits des 
monetären Interesses arbeiten haben anscheinend ähnlich gelagerte 
Strukturprobleme.

Ich bin übrigens für ein “Endorsement”, aber eben als Belohnung für ihre Arbeit 
an OpenWRT, und als Vorschuss für tolle Arbeit. Aber sobald da eine 
längerfristige Dimension rein soll, muss da leider auch Struktur rein.
