Director of Interactive Design, Logistics Los Angeles, CA
We have an immediate opportunity for a talented and self-motivated Individual to fill the role of Director of Interactive Design, Logistics. You will be responsible the management of web artists across all our clients projects and be the project management liaison to the Executive Producers. Great opportunity for advancement. Primary Responsibilities: * Work hand-in-hand with Director of Interactive, Creative, to allocate/manage/mentor/review Interactive Design Team staff across multiple shows * Supervise workflow of internal developers and manage external contract developers as needed * Collaborate with executive producers, designers and programmers to ensure the design needs of each show are met in a timely manner. * Schedule resources and ensure art assets are organized and properly tracked * Work hand-in-hand with Creative Director to oversee/review the work of the artists across multiple projects simultaneously to ensure it meets high quality standards * Participate in steering meetings with Creative Director and Chief Creative Officer and other department heads * Manage Interactive Design Team budget and headcount Requirements: * A BA in Graphic Design or related field . 3-5 years of relevant experience . Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills . Excellent communication and team skills * 3-5 years in art director or relevant management role Additional skills: * Strong knowledge of front end web development (HTML & CSS) a plus * Experience with network shows or features a plus * Experience with companies like Yahoo, eBay, Facebook, Google or social network companies are a plus.
