I got some offlist email, report back what I got: You can add both authors to the bio section, both authors to the author name, comma separated (although he field width is a problem I think). As long as both authors are in the bio, we will pick it up. I need a small info about the submission mechanism for the foss4g abstract submission. I find no proper way to supply more authors and institutions for a submission.
