I was using the (not so) Sirius Plugin because it had support for lifetime subscriptions with internet. Sirius had 2 seperate internet feeds. If you purchased internet it was something like 128 bit If you had the lifetime subscription it came with internet but it was 64 bit. The official sirius app made by logitech only permitted internet accounts with 128 bit per specific instructions by Sirius. Now that Mel Karmazan is gone, most likely the new ceo made a change where all internet feeds are the same. [slim] Squeezebox 3 can't factory reset
I'm posting here because there doesn't seem to be any subforum for the SB classic devices. Anyway: I just powered up two of my beloved SB3 devices that have been packed away for some months. Both boot up and go straight to Connecting to wireless network... but the network they were used to seeing doesn't exist anymore. After ~30 seconds, the screen goes all black and there's nothing I can do to get it to display anything at all, apart from pulling out the power and reconnecting it. I've also tried to connect them to the Internet by wired ethernet but they didn't seem to even notice that. I can't get either device to reset itself or go back to a setup menu. I've tried long-pressing left to go to the root menu, and I've tried holding down + while plugging in the power to do a factory reset. They both have firmware 137, I believe. What's going on, and how can I reset these babies? [slim] Squeezebox Boom suddenly stopped working properly
I was listening to an Internet radio station this afternoon when the sound suddenly went out. None of the buttons on the remote or the Boom itself worked. I unplugged it, plugged it in, and went through the setup. i got to the point where it said Setup Complete, Push Knob to Continue. I pushed the knob and it said Connecting... and never got past there. I tried it via Ethernet connection, wireless, and even did a factory reset. Nothing has helped - the setup goes fine, but then it can't connect. I'm wondering if there is a network issue or if the Boom itself is hosed. Everything else on my network is fine, it's just this one device that's acting up. Any suggestions are appreciated. [slim] SqueezeCommander search bug?
I'm having a recurring problem with the latest version of SqueezeCommander and Squeezeplayer on a Galaxy S4. I'm running LMS v7.7.1 on a Windows 2008 Server. I have music stored on two shares - a NAS (the bulk of the library) and a shared drive on a Windows 7 machine. In total in have about 83,000 tracks. The steps to reproduce are: - Select Random Song playback in Squeezecommander - While the playlist is playing go to the Home page and select the Search function - Search for a song title The search results never return, and connectivity to the LMS server is lost for several minutes. I can usually recover connectivity between the phone and LMS if I go to a laptop and open the LMS web interface. Sounds like the search causes too much load on the server so that it stops responding. Is search within words enabled? They also can't connect to mysqueezebox.comI rebooted router, rebooted each boom, and now have 1 hooked up with an Ethernet. They are stuck Connecting Did something happen today? Any suggestions?
