Re: [slim] Squeezebox settings have no effect
I have both Chrome and Firefox on my computer, and both have the same problem. On the javascript console I only get the following error, which I think is because Flashblock is installed. NotFoundError: Node was not found which refers to line in the code: var swfobject=function(){var E=undefined,s=object,T=Shockwave Flash,X=ShockwaveFlash.ShockwaveFlash,r=application/x-shockwave-flash,S=SWFObjectExprInst,y=onreadystatechange, . It doesn't feel like a web browser problem. It's capable of telling the Squeezebox to tell the music, so it's more like the Squeezebox isn't or can't get the Now playing information from the LMS. Or else the settings are not saved so it doesn't know it's supposed to be configured to get the Now playing information from the LMS. The LMS is version 7.8.0: ii logitechmediaserver 7.8.0 all Streaming Audio Server Thanks for your help. cunningdavid's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=32616 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=102636 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss

Re: [slim] Tidal or Qobuz?

coffee_addict wrote: Will Spotify Premium be supported at some point? Thanks We will have to see. We didn't consider it very urgent right now since there is the 3rd Party Plugin which works fine and since you need the server for ickStream, too (with a Squeezebox) it wouldn't make much of a difference, yet. --- learn more about iPeng, the iPhone and iPad remote for the Squeezebox and Logitech UE Smart Radio as well as iPeng Party, the free Party-App, at penguinlovesmusic.com *New: iPeng 8, the Universal App for iOS 7 and iOS 8* pippin's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=13777 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=102497 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss

[slim] Meridian MQA - Breakthrough? LMS possible?
Very interesting announcement from Meridian today. You can read here: 'Meridian MQA Site' (http://musicischanging.com/#convenienceVQuality) 'MQA Report by Mark Waldrep' (http://www.realhd-audio.com/?p=3851) If it lives up to hype it could be a breakthrough? If they incumber it (decoding) with IP licensing costs then I predict failure. Time will tell. Hopefully, a LMS option will evolve if MQA catches on? ctbarker32's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2816 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=102648 ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss

Hopefully, a LMS option will evolve if MQA catches on? Ahmm they claim Downloaded/ streamed in any lossless format, 100% compatible. Easy to download and stream.. That's about all the facts they give.
