Thanks, that's nice! I always thought that there should be a 'top level'
selector for collections. Its more like a switch, of which sub set to
use. Nice! 

Is it dynamic: are new rips within the sub set criteria added or do we
need to 'refresh' the search?

Once you hover your mouse over the "Search" item you'll get a link for
the "Advanced Search". And once you've defined you're search, you'll
click the page's title again to get back to the form, from where you can
save it.
