Hi, I've the same problem: the PC running SC7 sometimes connects through Cisco VPN client; since then the SB3 cannot link to SC until the VPN client disconnects. I've opened the slimserver.pref but there is no httpport statement. Have I to add it ? BTW, in the network preferences I already use 9001 as port number of web server (I access SC on http://10.0.0.100:9001)... Not sure where you live, but a Google for anodizing services just turned up quite a few options. Grazie Riccardo per le informazioni. Sì: mi sono convinto a comprare uno SB. E' veramente difficile aspettare, ma... credo che saprò resistere un altro mesetto ;-) Magari il clima natalizio intenerirà i cuori dei manager SlimDevices ;-) Ho letto dell'acquisizione da parte di Logitech ma sembra che non siano ancora ben chiare le linee guida che seguiranno in futuro. Speriamo che mantengano la comunità open source ed il supporto per i vecchi dispositivi. Ciao, Mario. I'm also italian and thinking of buying a SqueezeBox too. I've emailed to computime.it, the only italian reseller listed on http://www.slimdevices.com/au_resellers.html#italy. They are in Rome, I'm in Venice. Waiting for a feedback... By the way, who of you bought SB from US, how much did you pay for shipping ? Is credit card the only way to pay ?
