Audiofeast?? (Was Re: [slim] Re: Rhapsody on Slim)
There's an Audiofeast plugin --- Brian B [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: I would think playing the to-go files would be much like playing the Audiofeast content. For Audiofeast a plugin was written using their player client to stream the content to slimserver. I don't beleive the files themselves, or the Rhapsody files, will play natively due to the DRM. I am in the market for a second player, but am holding off on an SB2 just because of the lack of Rhapsody support. -- Brian B ___ Discuss mailing list Discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss ___ Discuss mailing list Discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss

http://www.slimdevices.com/dev_audiofeast.html I love the idea of audiofeast...can't justify the price, though. Do you use it? How has your experience been? Right now I have my own audiofeast setup which uses TotalRecorder to record all of my favorite NPR and American Public Radio shows in the middle of the night. Less convenient, but also free and less limiting. Can you grab stuff from the NPR archives that way as well? Larry Truesdale [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote in message news:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Can you grab stuff from the NPR archives that way as well? Sure--you have to record it in real time but you can grab anything that's available on their site. And with cartalk programming you can even get the old shows despite them not being officially available on the site--the files still exist so you can just follow the naming convention to listen to any show you want. ___ Discuss mailing list Discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
