Yes. I've been happily using webfaction's svn app for a while. It's great. We originally went to webfaction because we couldn't find any competent rails hosting, but I'm very happy to see they are keen on django as that's where we are heading. We are very happy with webfaction (http://www.webfaction.com). Setting up a django instance, database, etc. is a breeze. It also seems that it would be pretty easy to scale with them (though we have not tried this yet), at least up to medium+ traffic levels. Since my site will mostly be targeting United States traffic will that have an effect on the time it takes for people to browse my site? I would also recommend WebFaction. I'm not sure if it's still on the list or not, but Dreamhost is TERRIBLE for Django. I'd recommend webfaction.com; they set everything up for you initially, and just generally handle lots of the sys admin stuff so that you can focus on programming.
