Anyway, I'm not involved with the hiring process where I work apart from sometimes technical interviews with potential candidates and we're mostly working with systems development in C++. I think I've only used Django for some hobby projects. You will probably have better luck finding something by creating a new post where you describe your qualifications etc. in more details, but I don't know much about that. I know that I personally don't think writing the exact same thing to more or less randomly selected people on a public forum leaves a very good impression, so I'd consider avoiding that if I were you.
