Why would my machine send these requests?

Any hint much appreciated.

That's not your machine, it's the next hop in the network segment Vodafone
(formerly Kabel Deutschland) uses.

It's the same here:

# route -n
Kernel IP routing table
Destination Gateway Genmask Flags Metric RefUse Iface
0.0.0.0 91.65.125.254 0.0.0.0 UG0 00 eth2

Seems we may be in the same segment, where you coming from, if i may ask?

classictic.com runs with devuan, as most of the supporting systems. Some are
still debian.
I can't say that it is more stable than debian was, but at least as stable
as it. 2 1/2 years and counting. All problems so far were database issues
and such.

[DNG] entropy pool jessie <-> ascii

2018-08-31 Thread Daniel Klein
Hi guys,

not important, but i need to know! ;-)

I upgraded from jessie to ascii on a small home-server.
Since then the entropy pool is better filled than before.
(1-2k then to 3-4k now).

Has anyone an idea how this could happen? I didn't install any new software,
just the upgrade.

just curious...
