I was uploading the final isos, now accessible and signed.

the "glitch" is also due to the limited infrastructural availability
we have, for instance on the front server files.devuan.org the space
is limited (and won't fit the ascii releases) so please beware
everyone that you can help too...  make a donation to help us scale up
the infrastructure!! :^) after the final 1.0.0 release it will be
time..

I can confirm that the directory installer-iso on my mirror 
(devuan.smallinnovations.nl) is empty. All other iso's are present 
though, looks like a glitch.

Yep, must be a little glitch in the release process. Most of the rest
have been updated recently too.
