[docbook-apps] Color Syntax Highlighting (xslthl)

Hi there,

  Does anyone knows why syntax highlighting is displayed as grayscale
in PDF output while it is full of colors in HTML output ?

Usually you produce PDF for printed output and it doesn't make sense to
use colors there it just raises risk that color will result in very
unpleasant rendering in BW print. But you are free to customize
templates in fo/highlight.xsl to output PDF in colors.
