[docbook-apps] ulink.footnotes and itemizedlist

Hi,

  Could someone please tell me what the following is supposed to look
like in PDF, when settings are:

xsl:param name=ulink.show select=1/
xsl:param name=ulink.footnotes select=1/

Here is the full docbook code:

See attached pdf for result on my machine (using fop 0.95). I find it
very strange the the ulink #2 does not appear in the footnote. Do I
need to activate some kind of option ?

This is known bug in FOP:

 Do I

Option is to use different FO processor.
