Just added the help-pack to the general instructions, just below the
download site ...

Boy, do I ever need this! I finished updating Chapter 14, went into the
Review content, and chose Add Content. The upload appeared to succeed, but
the chapter did not appear in the folder (after a Reload). I went back to
the Working level and saw two versions under Drafts, one saying {working
copy). What I think happened next is I selected the (working copy) and said
Done editing. The Drafts list then didn't show that copy any more, so I
selected the active copy on the Drafts list and selected Submit for review.
Now the original version of the chapter is apparently what is in the Review
folder, and I can't seem to get my version in there at all. I can't upload
because of the duplicate name, and I don't dare "delete all previous
versions"!


Take it easy Barb ... we are all learning this stuff ... we'll get the hang
of it ...

I have now put a notice on the first page of the OOoAuthors website and
on the first page of the English section. I would like to put these
notices into a coloured box so they are more noticeable, but it's too
early in the morning for me to remember (or look up) how to do this.

Yes, it's in the Review content now. where it belongs, so that copy is extra 
and should be deleted.

There's some documentation of the intended workflow happening, right? I promise I'll read it and 
avoid creating similar problems in the future!

so just to know: where will be the central point to get the information
which document is published on which place?

in the past, I think, in one language the document was written and
translated to others. so if one doc is on platform x another at y and
translations at w and v where can they be linked/connected (right word?)?

because if the original doc is changed so the translators can be informed?

area of the project. You should probably contact Sophie Gautier and

OK for me, but in fact NL teams is used often.
Problem with 'Nat' is, Freek, that it is about languages, and not about
nations/countries. This is a very important difference - lots of
discussions in the past - so avoiding misunderstanding about that is IMO
more important than avoiding the confusion for you, and me and others
for the Dutch NL-team.


So let use is in plain words (or plain text I don't know what is the 
good term) so everybody is happy. It's not so long to write than several 
mails on the topic ;-)

Maybe because of your experience (far more than me) with NL teams Sophie
;-)


Thanks Cor, but I don't know, hence my question. So I will repeat my 
advice to use translation teams here because it is the work that will be
