@Pulkit Krishna Thank you for your prompt
response, even I had reported the issue couple of times.

Hi Regina,

The issue is the same with any of the fonts when the text is selected in
the inserted text box and clicked on Increase or Decrease font size.

Kind regards

[libreoffice-documentation] Draw Guide version 6.4 Chapters 3 and 4

2020-04-03 Thread Peter Schofield
Draw Guide version 6.4

Draft versions of Chapter 3 Working with Objects and Chapter 4 Changing Object
Attributes have been uploaded ready for review and comment.

Please note that due to changes in the Draw guide from version 4.3 to version
6.4 the chapters waiting for review and comment are new documents. Tracking
changes was not used because there too many changes and the LO template was
used.

Hi Dave,

I found it at this direct link:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Documentation/DocumentationTeamInfo/UsingGuideTemplate#Character_styles

or if that doesn't come up you can navigate from: Documentation >
Documentation Home > Contributor's Guide - update in progress > Chapter 6

Thank you Dave!

Hello Everybody,
I am also facing this issue since a long time. I think I have even reported
a bug for version 6.4.0 but I am not sure. Using the list of font size has
no problem but using Increase and decrease font button makes libreoffice
crash.
Pulkit Krishna

Does it crash with each font, or only with special fonts?

Kind regards

Hi Toni,

If you can provide a link to the documentation where it says "MenuPath"
and I will correct it, For a short period of time was a template with
the character style "LOMenuPath" was being used, but this was changed
when we agreed, as far as possible, to use standard style names in the
current template.

The 6.x template "Strong Emphasis" is the correct character style.

Best Regards
Dave

Re: [libreoffice-documentation] Writer 6.4 - Chapter 1 - Reviewed/Updated

2020-04-03 Thread kees538

Toni B schreef op 02.04.2020 21:58:

Good afternoon!

Hi Tony

Kees - thank you for reviewing my first draft.

I am not sure if I am following protocol (this being my first document
with

LibreOffice), but I reviewed Kees' comments and changes and uploaded
another version into the Feedback folder with a different name (put
today's
date on the end of the file). If this isn't the correct protocol,
please

let me know.  Thank you!

You did the second review but you did not accept the changes. Doing a
second review means accept or reject changes that are made.

So I now accepted the changes.
After that a document is ready for publishing. So you put the result in
the Published folder, removing the initials and date from the name of
the file. The files in he Feedback are moved to the Archive folder. So I
did all that. Also updated the sheet.

One question I have: Are we using Strong Emphasis or MenuPath
character
style for commands such as File -> Save? Some of the documentation says
to
use MenuPath, but some comments on the latest template said Strong
Emphasis

might be less work.

The style of document is recently simplified. Meaning using
SrongEmphasis for Menupaths and buttons.

Kind regards, Kees

I appreciate your patience as I learn this process!

Kind regards,
Toni Blackwelder
