Re: [libreoffice-documentation] Using master documents
In contrast to Olivier, I assemble docs by hand. I’ve found that to be more accurate and less work in the long run than starting with a master doc. [libreoffice-documentation] Re: Help string not caseinlined
Just to add - I refer to master. Another not caseinlined help string, in this case for macOS shortcuts: kdjWP Returns the address of the smallest area that contains the specified range so that the area is surrounded by empty cells or sheet edges. This is equivalent to applying the Ctrl + * shortcut to the given range. Please notify the author of the help text so that she/he does not repeat the error on other strings. Lp, m. [libreoffice-documentation] Help string not caseinlined
Hello, the help string JT47J in calc/01.po is not properly caseinline-d: This is an experimental feature and is disabled by default. To enable it, go to Tools - Options - Advanced and check the option Enable experimental features (may be unstable). It should have "%PRODUCTNAME - PreferencesTools - Options – %PRODUCTNAME – Advanced" instead of "Tools - Options - Advanced". It also includes double space. Re: [libreoffice-documentation] Using master documents
HI Steve I always use the master document to assemble the guide and do chapter cleanup (mostly style-wise). Once cleaned, I export to an ODF document and do the final tweaks. However, TDF had a tender to fix one of the issues of the master document and it has been fixed and will be available in release 7.2.4: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=144989 I have not fully tested it though.
