[libreoffice-documentation] Chapter Template Updated.

Hi Folks,

As mentioned in my earlier post, I have uploaded an updated edition of
the template to:

There has been no change in the template styles, just a small additional
note regarding screen captures.

[libreoffice-documentation] Chapter template

Hi, 

we've translated and adapted the chapter template, that Ron created some time 
ago. 

In this process, one of our reviewer noticed, that there is no style for 
footnotes in the template. We added this for our template, but you might want 
to add it to the English template as well.
