[libreoffice-documentation] Release tasks

Hi,

Sorry for the cross posting, I'm lazy today :)

I've put the table under the Marketing category, even if it's more 
transversal than Marketing, because I didn't want to open yet another 
category (that should go under Release)

This is the global tasks matrix. I think that for each release we should 
add some dates and who is doing what, and maybe details or remarks. 
Don't hesitate to add what I may have forget and to make it more pretty, 
it's yours now ;)

[libreoffice-documentation] Release tasks for Documentation

Hi all

I'm currently consolidating an inter projects release tasks table. That 
should help us to know what we have to do, coordinates the tasks between 
the different teams and help to not miss the deadlines. When finished, 
all the tasks with time and deadlines will be uploaded on a wiki page.


For all tasks whatever the project the starting date is at feature freeze.

So for documentation the tasks that I have collected are:

--> Beta as deadline
* Readme file
* Features list

--> Final as deadline
* Release notes
* Install guides

Do you see anything else that should be done before release date?
