Those at Open Source Hardware Users Group (OSHUG) http://oshug.org/ should be
able to help you via their discussion group. I happen to know one of the
organizers of OSHUG and know that they have definite knowledge about
Asterisk, PBX etc.

One of my ex-students manages a company here in Dorset that uses
Asterisk as a pbx for some of their customers and have been doing so for
a few years. It is a Dorset based Company. I can give you a contact
