Hi,
I have a dell Inspiron laptop that ceased working over Christmas. As a long

I could test it with. In theory the laptop should work on the PSU without the
battery, but it doesn't. I have asked Google's help in finding a way of
revitalising dead Li-Ion batteries and found all sorts of magic ways that don't
seem valid.

[Dorset] Bournemouth Pub Meeting Tonight, Tuesday 2019-01-08.

2019-01-07 Thread Ralph Corderoy
Hi,

It's the pub meet tonight at the Bournemouth Electric club, 8pm-ish,
opposite the old haunt of The Broadway.

How to reach BE's car park:

Terry is a club member, so you'll be there at his invitation.
http://dorset.lug.org.uk/wiki/doku.php?id=members#terry_coles
To fund attending the venue, a contribution of £1 will be collected from
each attendee.

There's a main room with the bar, we might be in a corner of that, or
may be ushered through into one of the other rooms. If we can't be
seen, ask at the bar for `Terry's group' or maybe the `computer club'.

See you there.

Cheers, Ralph.
