This position will use lean and effective business processes changes and
integrated systems aligned with global templates (as applicable) while
leading the behavioral change within the Customer Care areas.
•Single Point of Contact for Local Key Users & Local Process Owners
•Responsible for process integration
•Responsible for process support, conformance & « after care »
•Provide process consistency and methodology
•Provide application knowledge to Key Users & Local Process Owners

The project is estimated to take 24 months, with travel of approximately
20% during implementation

*PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES*
•Implement the Customer Care and Market project phase on-time, including
key activities, timing, and resource requirements.
•Provide feedback on business readiness during each stage of
implementation.
•Highlight controllable risks and help resolve all issues to ensure project
is delivered on-time, escalating as required.
•Challenge and influence current business processes to achieve business
benefits.
•Serve as the subject matter expert for the functional area business
processes.
•Provide support as the Customer Care and Market functional expert after
project go-live and nurture.
•Understand all training requirements and documentation, ensuring accurate
and specific for associates and key users.
•Support development of a test methodology and apply consistently across
functional areas.
•Customer Care and Market trainer, ensuring all necessary users are trained
on all relevant processes.
•Participate in system testing and capability prior to implementation.
•Support all other processes and testing that may be identified during the
project.

•Support Market lead in determining functional readiness (including

after project.  Failure to do so could result in plant shut downs, customer
orders disruption, and significant business impact.
