Hi Evan and everybody on the list, My wife and I will be coming over to this year's Dayton Hamvention. The planetickets were booked today. We are looking forward to meet many of you at The Drake Forum! We will be arriving to Atlanta, GA, on Wedneday May 13, and our departure will be on Sunday May 24, also from Atlanta. So it will be great to have one and a half week vacation in USA again. We love to drive around, and we'll be heading north for Dayton first. Evan, How are things going? I have not heard much lately. I continue to keep you and Carolyn in my prayers. Ehat is your current job situation? Things seem to be very tight around the base. We had a person retire, and they are not filling the position, even though it is on the contract. Guess they are trying to "return" money to the government on this contract. Did you have a chance to see QST for April? You can find my article on a boom arm mic for my TR7. You can see my other Drake rigs in the photo of me in my shack. Got to run. I have not seen any mention of Dayton or the Drake form at Dayton on the Drakelist. It looks like I might get to attend this year. Is there a Drake forum? Is there any information about it?
