Yes, they do run warm. However, I would be suspicious of the filter capacitors C90B and C90C.
These caps are years past their Use by date, and while some are OK, most are not, exhibiting
either high ESR or high leakage currents. One other possibility is V7 being biased incorrectly.
Check the voltages on this tube, and if the cathode isn't around 4.5 V AND the cathode resistor R44
is around 120 ohms there may be some extra current going there. If the resistor IS at 120, but the
voltage is off, the 6EH5 may be gassy. This stage draws most of the B+ current in most receivers.
