two agp patches

I've merged today into drm-core-next
Ville's framebuffer creation sanity check series
Paulo's CEA/EDID patches that touch core (I think there are two i915
patches that can come via Daniel).
Lars-Peter Clausen: CEA/EDID patches
Ajax's: DMT modes adding patches

I've also got in -next:
mjg59's work on multiple gpu with EFI interactions, I'll push to
-core-next once it stops breaking builds on misc arches!
