[dspace-tech] Credentials, git and DSpace

2019-08-06 Thread Gary Browne
Hello all,

I have a DSpace 6.3 installation and the source code is under git.

in bitstore.xml, I need to add the bucket name and access/secret keys to
use S3 storage.

However, I would like to use variables to do this, since I don't want to
submit confidential credentials to git.

How would I go about doing this ie. where/how would I go about setting up
the variables and their values?

Thanks,
Gary

[dspace-tech] Re: Google sheets power tools for DSpace CSV exports

2019-08-06 Thread @mire
Hello Anne,

While this would be technically possible, it would probably be relatively
heavy in terms of performance if we have to support that for any field (or
all).

Alternatively, I would suggest that you address this with plain formulas,
e.g., assuming A1 is the cell that you want to deduplicate, have a new
column B added with, in B1, the following formula that you can then drag
down for all your rows:

=join("||",transpose(unique(transpose(split(A1,"||")

(just replace A1 in there with whatever works for you).

I hope this will do the trick for you.

Best regards,
Benoît

Re: [dspace-tech] Error while building code for RTI1401

2019-08-06 Thread Tim Donohue
Hello,

It sounds like you are looking for support on dspace.com (dSPACE) products.
This mailing list supports a different DSpace project, dspace.org, which is an
open source repository system.

I'd recommend going to https://www.dspace.com/ to look for support options.

Subject: [dspace-tech] Error while building code for RTI1401

Hello,

I am setting up dSpcae 2018B with Matlab 2017B for RPS design using
MicroAutobox II.

While generating code I get the below error.

First I used to get the below error.

  * The argument for an [] operation must be a repeated scope symbol, a
vector, or a matrix

Then I tried upgrading Control desk 6.4 to 6.4P1. After that I started to get
the below error.

The call to rti1401_make_rtw_hook, during the after_tlc hook generated the
following error: *** Stopped RTI build procedure

I need support to resolve this error.

Thank you.

Regards,
Darshan

Re: [dspace-tech] New user / amin creation

2019-08-06 Thread Paul Münch
Hello Joseph,

as work around you can reset the password of a (new created) user
account, if you go to the profile page. Then an email to the given
address will send.

If the email will not send (like it seems in feedback form), you have to
check your email configuration.

For further support we need more detailed information, like error
messages from the logs.

Kind regards,

Paul Münch
