[dspace-tech] Browse by organization
Hi there, I am working with DSpace and will appreciate any help on some issues I am having. I have modified the browse section on dspace.cfg webui.browse.index.1 = author:metadata:dc.contributor.*,dc.creator:text webui.browse.index.2 = title:item:title webui.browse.index.3 = subject:metadata:dc.subject.*:text webui.browse.index.4 = dateissued:item:dateissued The thing is that this is working in some places, but not on other pages. Example: Wrong visualization - Home page - Collection(s) page - Subcolection page Right visualization - community-list - http://localhost:8080/xmlui/browse?type=author - http://localhost:8080/xmlui/browse?type=title - http://localhost:8080/xmlui/browse?type=subject - http://localhost:8080/xmlui/browse?type=dateissued Any help, any idea, any advice please? [dspace-tech] Improving visualization!
Hello! I would like some help with DSpace. I am using DSpace 5.2, and I am running the XMLUI. I am new in this field. I am trying to do some changes in the front-end, and I have reached an interesting point. How can I change the items visualization in the search result (discover page)? Now it is showed the Title, Author, and Description. I would like to add more fields. I need to do the same improvement in the list of items shown as "recently added". [dspace-tech] How to format the display of the search result
Hello people, I would like some help with DSpace. I am new in this field. I am trying to do some changes in the front-end, and I have reached an interesting point. The search results are displayed as a grid. My question is... Is there any way to modify the search result's format? I would like to use a list with a fixed number of fields, instead of a table. In fact, I would like to display more information about the search.
