[DuMuX] output the pressure, the saturation at specific location of the domain

Hello,
It's possible to output the pressure, the saturation and the velocity at 
specific location of the domain for each time step 
directly instead of extract them from the vtu files.

Dear Hai,
have a look at the addOutputVtkFields method in the models. 
There you
have access to the time manager and the current solution. 
Iterating

over the grid might cost you a bit of performance.
